Southern Utah RV Luxury Resort Property Highlights
Our RV Resort is new, modern and ready for you. We are opened year round. Our park offers over 80 wide oversized sites. 18 Sites are pull-thru measuring over 80′ long. All sites are full hook-up 20/30/50 amp electrical service. Water, sewer and trash are included. Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the park.

For all reservations longer than 30 nights, RVs must be 2013 model or newer, or approved by management.
Cancellations must be made by 1:00 pm by phone, 72 Hours Prior to arrival.
$20 Cancellation Fee applies to cancellations made before 72 hours and for stays shorter than 28 days. No Refund within 72 Hours of Stay.
$100 Cancellation fee to all cancellations made for stays longer than 28 days

Property Rules
CREATING A “GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY” IS OUR POLICY.
The following rules were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modification may be necessary.
- Speed limit is 5 mph strictly enforced
- Parking on streets is not permitted
- You are responsible for your children and your belongings
- Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Campfires and charcoal grills are prohibited. Gas fires are allowed
- No construction of porches or decks
- No skirting of trailers
- No clotheslines
- Only one RV per site
- Pets… see Pet Policy below
Property Regulations
- Check in time is between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM
- Late check in? – no problem! Just make sure to notify us.
- Office closes at 3:00 on Sunday. We will send arrival information via text message to the phone number on your reservation.
- Check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check outs available based upon availability
- RV must be well maintained and in excellent overall condition.
- Parking in empty sites is not permitted.
Pet Policy
At Southern Utah RV Luxury Resort pets are always welcome, but must be well behaved.
All dogs are required to be on a leash, and under the control of their owner. When in the off-leash area, dogs must be supervised by their owner at all times. Owners of pets must be responsible and immediately pick up after their pets. Dogs must not interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests. Pets are not allowed in any resort buildings. Pets are required to be kept inside at night. Any violation of these rules can be subject to eviction with no refund.
