Facilities
Do you offer wifi? Is it free?
Yes! We know how important it is that you ‘gram your trip! Wifi is provided throughout the site at no additional cost.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we are! We love our furry friends. Guests with dogs are welcome to use the off-leash dog area. Please read our *Pet Policy* for more details.
Do you have pull-through spaces? How big are your sites?
Yes, our pull-through sites are 85 feet long, 32 feet wide and very easy to get in and out!
Do you have a laundry facility?
Scrub-a-dub-dub! Our laundry site is equipped with everything you’ll need to stay fresh and classy!
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations need to be cancelled no later than 1:00 pm, 72 hours before date of arrival and are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations need to be made by phone. Can not guarantee emailed to texted cancellations. Cancellation made within 72 hours, no refund. No refund on deposit for stays longer than 29 days. No refunds for early check- out. Date changes are subject to availability (no fee). No shows will be charged full reservation amount.
When is check-in and check-out time?
Check in is between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Office closes at 3:00 on Sunday. Late arrival? Not a problem, notify us and we will send you your check-in information via text message. Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Can I build a campfire?
No and Yes. Though we love the feel of the fire, we allow propane fire pits but no wood burning is permitted on the property.
Do you offer 50 amp power?
Yes! All 80 sites have 30 & 50 amp power, water, sewer, and WIFI.
How many vehicles are allowed per site?
Two vehicles are included in the rental rate. Additional vehicles will be charged a vehicle fee.
Do you have golf courses nearby?
Southern Utah has some of the best fairways in the west! We are a short drive from more than a dozen of St. George’s beautiful courses including: Green Spring, Sand Hollow, Copper Rock, Coral Canyon Golf Course, The Ledges Golf Club, and Dixie Red Hills Golf Course.
